This will be my 20th year teaching Math and my 7th year teaching at James Denman Middle School in San Francisco.  

I teach because I enjoy working with young people. I would like to give them access to the same opportunities that I had when I was growing up, and to prepare them well for an increasingly competitive world. I want o help reaise expectations and standards for my students, who think are brilliant and amazing and capable of doing anything.

In my spare time, I enjoy growing plants, spending time with family, interior decoration, the beach, the river, cooking, walking in nature, museums, theater performances, and dance classes. More ...
